RecommendedI can't say enough about this company. I work for a pool company and I know it can be hard to please every customer , but I am sure this company pleases everyone of their customers . They are honest and will take very good care of you. I have to say every time I have called them they were so quick to fix my issues whether it was my a/c or heat! Totally recommend them!! It’s best to steer clear of this company. My husband worked there for about four months, and the issues were evident from the first week. Frequent call-offs by multiple technicians, a lack of accountability, substance abuse concerns, and poor management were prevalent. Despite being promised 50+ hours, that commitment was not honored. His offer letter also mentioned a sign-on bonus, which they failed to deliver, even after he reminded them 90 days in.
