RecommendedI can't say enough about this company. I work for a pool company and I know it can be hard to please every customer , but I am sure this company pleases everyone of their customers . They are honest and will take very good care of you. I have to say every time I have called them they were so quick to fix my issues whether it was my a/c or heat! Totally recommend them!! A+ and wish I could rate more then 5 stars!! Thanks to the staff in the office and the techs!!
It’s best to steer clear of this company. My husband worked there for about four months, and the issues were evident from the first week. Frequent call-offs by multiple technicians, a lack of accountability, substance abuse concerns, and poor management were prevalent. Despite being promised 50+ hours, that commitment was not honored. His offer letter also mentioned a sign-on bonus, which they failed to deliver, even after he reminded them 90 days in.
