Very Good The bed mattress needed updated. The floor was sandy on the feet which is expected. The parking was tight and they have an overflow parking. It was about a block down the street. The staff was very nice. The next day we got new towels. The deluxe queen room was updated and it felt like home. The colors and decor was very beachy. The location was the best

It was good and would probably stay again. The people above us were very loud well into the early hours of the morning. I was able to fall asleep. I didn't expect it to be completely peaceful, it's OC mid summer. Location is great, my room was clean, staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. They have a changing room for after check out. The pool was clean. It's very close to the beach.

If you are looking for a clean budget motel with a great location then Madison Beach Motel is it. The room was very small. It was very crowded with four people. The water pressure in shower was very low and the shelf in the shower made it very difficult to get a good shower. The shower curtain had stains which was kind of gross. There are no curtains only mini blinds so the room gets very bright as soon as the sun comes up. The pool closed at 7 PM which I felt was too early and should be extended to at least 9 PM. Great location, great for first timers. Nothing The property was very good. Very close to the beach so the walks were never bad. You are in the middle of the busy roadways so keep that in mind when crossing with children. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants with a 7 eleven a few steps away. The pool was clean, my kids had a ball in the pool immediately after the beach! Staff were very friendly and accommodating even down to the cleaners. Good Had 2 outlets in the entire room Didn't have a secured lock on the inside Parking was a mess. Great access to boardwalk.

Well worth the stay No complaints at all Awesome location and the room was in great shape very clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again the Bayside location wasn't far from the boardwalk but was quiet at night.
