Good The parking lot had deep pot holes at the building we stayed in. There was a thick layer of dust left on top of the bathroom mirror and doors. No place to hang your bath towels to dry. No hangers in the bedroom. The bed frame didn't seem stable and would move when getting into the bed. We like our room to be on the cooler side, but even turning the heat to 75° (temperatures were in the 30s at night) the bedroom seemed to take a while to get the chill out. Very nice vacation spot Our room was next to the main road. Traffic was very loud. The gap under the door only funneled the noise in. And the steps right next to our room, the people going up stairs very rude and loud until like 2 a.m. And parking is very tight. The rooms look as too be remodeled. Everything was very modern. Very clean. The staff was exceptional!!! SUGGested GREAT PLACES TO EAT! Was right off of Rt.50 going into OC. Very easy to find. About 1 block from the ocean. Walking distance to allot of stuff.
Overall had a great time met our needs for our fun-filled birthday weekend The bed frame could have been a little better The location to everything

Very Good Older place, but overall, good! Stayed for Oceans Calling festival, location was perfect!
