Good experience, no haggling, Friendly service, but not great at communication. By the time we we had to get our car a new bumper during the initial servicing, the lack of communication between departments was very noticeable. Still, there are nice people, like Scott and Jennifer who were there to help us out. Jennifer didn't do any kind of haggling with our initial sales of the car, and we really appreciated that. Easy transaction on buying a new car Went in to buy a new Camaro. Very low pressure and even though I did not buy the first day they were very understanding and applied zero pressure. That's why I went back and closed the deal a couple days later

Outstanding Experience, every time! MK Smith is the most honest, friendly and accommodating car dealership in Southern California. We have bought more than 10 cars there over the years and always had a great experience... but none better than at Christmas this year when they helped me surprise my family with a new Suburban.
