The price is great when you have kids and you’re trying to save a couple dollars. The pool is wonderful, staff is great. Yes, the property is old, but nothing to really complain about. At time yes you smell some whacky grass but nowadays that’s everywhere. Nothing overwhelming. This is our second year staying here because of the great location and price! Great pool if you have little kids, beach access right there!

Great time Location was great pool is a good size and the staff was nice
It was good stayed here multiple times and will no longer come back due to the cleanliness has gone down and the upkeep Bathrooms need to be updated and just some other minor fixes. The size of the pool and it’s convenient to the beach.

Not a bad place to stay if we’re capable of doing steps close proximity to the beach, kids enjoyed the pool, Some of the steps were very steep the air conditioning unit in our room did not work properly. Had to borrow a fan, constantly asked for toilet paper and clean bath linen every day Close to the beach and had a nice pool and staff was very friendly and helpful

Wonderful
Great price great location We stayed on the 3rd floor and the a/c sucked but still would stay there again. It was bearable just got humid during the day even with the curtains shut Loved the room it was bright welcoming and modern.

Very Good
This place is older but a good value for the location. They post rules but do. It enforce them with regard to the pool. If you are going to allow pot smokers at a mostly family oriented place, please let your customers know. You could smell it all day since the person below us smoked all day. For the rooms, raise the Air conditioner up the wall so it blows into the room. Where it is located, does not cool the room down. Great location, pool was nice and it is right by the ocean
