I have been so impressed with the service I’ve received from JBA. I wouldn’t consider any other Dealer. To purchase a new Chevrolet. When I bought my 2019 truck, I bought it back for a minor recall. When I got there, it couldn’t be done that day. The sales manager gave me a slip for a free oil change. For my inconvenience. JBA honored that slip a couple weeks ago, that’s 4 years later. It’s kinda hard to beat that that customer loyalty.

Service was at the end of one year which was for tire rotation for the most part. It was finished very fast.

I was so appreciative because he listened to what I wanted and made sure that I got it without spending a ton of extra money. He understood that I didn’t have it but I needed a new vehicle. He was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with.

I am not getting any satisfaction for my brand new 2024 Colorado that has been at the dealership parking-lot waiting for service for 2 weeks. It has @ 20 miles on it, and I drove it one time. I really do not know how or who to rate in this situation. Chevrolet needs to step up to the plate and make things right.
