"New car sales " Larry Bert was a good salesman. Was going to buy a Track changed our mind at the last minute and bought a equinox instead. No problem with Larry. He got the keys to the vehicle we wanted.After moving at least 5 cars out of the way he pulled ours to the front door of the showroom. Very experienced sales man and no pressure. If you want a car JBA can make it happen
"Try JBA Before Ourisman " The sales person Rocky Aggrey is very engaging. The sales manager asked me what he could do to get my purchase and I said match my price I researched and he did. The service center personnel are very exact and prompt.
"Loved salesman David finance guy not so much" I had a good experience with the salesman David Spriggs he was very helpful and appreciative. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new car. Awesome that you David. On the other hand wasn’t impressed with the finance guy.
"JBA is the best" Zack was my sales person. He was awesome! This is my second car that I purchased from JBA. Due to awesome service this is why I continue to return to JBA.
"Bought new with ease" Manny was amazing. He showed me everything about my Cruze. Before we test drove we talked about what I wanted, I had been looking already online and found 3 I liked. I ended up with the one I LOVED. The process was so easy and sooooo fast. "Bought a Used Car" I wasn't sure what I was looking for when I went to the dealership. But Brian my sales guy was fantastic. He showed me a used Chevy Trax and I love it.
