We have taken our 2012 Equinox since we purchased it back to JBA Chevrolet for all of its service and all its oil changes and we have been treated with nothing but the best possible service that anyone could ask for. I initially went into the dealership on a Saturday to find out how I could get on my car for a trade and was a surprised when the young man sent me to get my own appraisal after I explain explained to him my intent was to purchase a new car. I met Curt in the used are department who got the appraisal and told when I return to ask for Rocky. I returned Tuesday evening and walked out with a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox. Service was done very professionally. Service rep was very polite and efficient. I can't remember exactly who the rep was but because I have used the service department in the past I am satisfied with the service that I received.
