Had my daughter's 6th Birthday Party here a couple of weeks ago. One of my guests was ASSAULTED for taking a photo of his own daughter by another patron who thought it was his child being filmed. In 11 years of parenthood, I have never been witness to an assault at a kids' venue. The owner called the police and 6 cops showed up. My guest opted not to press charges. The police told both men to leave and the owner, Cheryl, said they both could stay. She chose to allow a man who HAD JUST ASSAULTED someone at a KIDS' PLAY SPACE ... read more

I am so sorry that this happened and that you felt the need to share it. The entire incident lasted 5 minutes and my husband and I both called the police to make certain it did not go any further which you thanked us for. However within 2 minutes my husband had calmed the picture taker down and I was speaking with your guest. I assured him that I would assist if he wanted to press charges even though the incident was momentary and thankfully no one was hurt. Your guest told me 5 times that day that he did not want to. ... read more
the halloween party was awful, no fun for the kids
Call the day you are going to make sure they don't have a large birthday party going on. It was very overwhelming for a 3 year old with parents standing all over the play areas.
Horrible experience today at Imagine That. No where on their site do they let you know that camps would be attending today. 60+ kids arrived 20 mins after I had arrived with my 2 children. At first, it was great, lots of imaginative play spaces but after the camps arrived it was complete mayhem. I put my younger child in a zone where older kids are not allowed. One older boy (3+ years old) from a camp kept jumping in and out. No one supervising. After the second time, he accidentally kicked my son in the head. I was livid. L... read more

We always post on our website when a samp or school with more than 100 children will be coming. With 16,000 square feet we are allowed 450 children but never it get near there. However since we repopend with our new floor plan even when there are 250 children there NO ONE has ever has ever said there were too many people there. The art room alone holds 55 children and the larger play scape easily holds 50-75 children. I am very sorry that you felt that way. If you had shared that at the front desk I am certain we would ... read more
I had been to imagine that many years ago when my school took the four year old and five year old classes. I recently went on Sunday and wow what a drastic change. I think the overall idea is great for a place like that however the new Renovations I find to be unsuccessful for early Learners infants and toddlers. The wide open space does not allow the children the opportunity to focus on one activity at a time. It is very over-stimulating for a typically developing child I can't imagine how a child who has attention deficit ... read more
Was extremely disappointed with our visit today. We realize due to holiday break that all places could be busy. There was no parking available in the parking lot. Had to wait for people to leave to find a spot. That should have been a good sign to leave. Upon paying at the door there was no organization. We could have easily walked in without paying. I was sitting at a table and watched guests come in and stand at the register for over 5 minutes to pay....no one was at the register (mind you the woman told us she was a... read more
I was very disappointed. Although recently refurbished The exhibits are limited and the items are worn. I am sure it is difficult to maintain with the numbers of children that use the museum. There is no security. Children and adults can walk in and out freely.
I'm not a fan of the remodel. It's completely open concept but the areas are so much smaller. It's ideal for under 5 years old now, IF you can keep your child from being distracted by everything going on around them. It's kind of like a huge pre-k classroom with centers, but not the areas are so small it's not exactly worth the increased admission price. Not bad, but not great either. Just meh 😐 hope this isn't the final result of the renovation. On another note, was pleased to see staff tidying up areas regularly, ma... read more
