Right after I paid, a customer was about to go to the car with her kids and the owner wouldn’t let her leave and come back in, because that’s her rule. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT First off, I thought by purchasing tickets ahead of time, they would have limited the number of people inside! It was BEYOND packed! My daughter didn’t know which way to turn because there was so many people. The front desk had a sign that said masks required and there were parents walking around with no masks on. Woefully unprepared for a character event indoors. Attempted to provide some adjusting feedback for a smoother event experience and was told that it was my issue and I could’ve just left. Unless you were standing right by the pirate ship, it was difficult to hear so “you can step away” defeats the purpose of going there to hear a performance. Had my daughter's 6th Birthday Party here a couple of weeks ago. One of my guests was ASSAULTED for taking a photo of his own daughter by another patron who thought it was his child being filmed. In 11 years of parenthood, I have never been witness to an assault at a kids' venue. The owner called the police and 6 cops showed up. My guest opted not to press charges. Call the day you are going to make sure they don't have a large birthday party going on. It was very overwhelming for a 3 year old with parents standing all over the play areas.
