SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT First off, I thought by purchasing tickets ahead of time, they would have limited the number of people inside! It was BEYOND packed! Woefully unprepared for a character event indoors. Attempted to provide some adjusting feedback for a smoother event experience and was told that it was my issue and I couldโve just left.
