RecommendedThis was my first experience at Hopkins Auto Body and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in the front door to get an estimate to when I picked up my vehicle after it was repaired; I was met with such kindness and caring. The repairs to my car had it looking as good as new and my car was finished way in advance of the estimated time they originally gave me. This is the only place I will bring my car from now on when/if I ever need repairs again.

Brought car in for insurance claim. I have been a customer for over 20 years only to have this business lie to insurance and not do the job to satisfaction and expect the full payment from claim. A 5 year old could have done a better “repair”. Unethical and unprofessional behavior of suggesting how to get insurance to pay for other damage not related to current claim.
Poor service, unprofessional and incompetent.
