Worked with Charlie to replace a windshield on my Honda. Although I was flexible about using an aftermarket windshield, I was particular about matching the properties of the OE part, specifically how the glass is acoustically insulated. He was very helpful and took the time to track down the specific replacement, and was communicative with follow-ups and scheduling. The install went well and I would use Hopkins Auto Body again for future repair needs.
This business exceeded my expectations! Repairs were fast and thorough! Lovely front desk staff that were very helpful and nice. Also, the detailing job was outstanding. (Steering/ignition was fixed after being stolen and car was very dirty from being rummaged through).
Had to bring in my car after a branch from a neighbor's tree fell 40' & bounced off my hood. Damage was two dents, one on the ridge. Work was completed in a timely manner (5 days) which I appreciated. My car came out looking like new, so I was very pleased.
