We take you three miles offshore, where you can observe Galapagos and Sandbar sharks in their natural environment from the safety of a floating cage. My best memory from my time in Hawaii was plunging into a metal cage in the middle of the ocean and immediately seeing sharks swimming around under the boat. The water is so clear that you can see everything crystal clear. I've never seen water such a deep blue as that. Such an incredible experience. I recommend bringing a small snack to eat as soon as you're out of the water and on the ride back to shore. It will help any sea sickness you may have. My family and I had an amazing time! We saw at least 10 sharks. Galapagos sharks and a black tip reef shark too! The best day in Hawaii yet!
This was an unbelievable experience. The Captain and his crew were very knowledgeable and experienced and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend this encounter. We saw numerous Galapagos Sharks, Spinner Dolphin, a large school of Mackerel, and even Tuna. It's a must do!

The morning tour 9/12/2017 was amazing!!! Fabulous crew Philip and Kaleo (Not sure of spelling) were fun, safe, friendly, and informative. Truly help you appreciate the beauty in sharks, especially the Galapagos species. SO glad I brought my husband and daughter back to experience this tour. Highly recommended this excursion and bring your Go Pro! The sharks were plentiful and simply awesome. The tour was amazing because of the crew! Thank you Hawaii Shark Encounters!
Absolutely amazing!! Constant views of the sharks!! Up close in the water and also while we were on the boat! Never a dull moment! Can't wait to see the awesome shots from the GoPro!! It was nice to just enjoy and let them take care of the pictures and video! Rich and Kaleo are great and informative! I can't wait to go again!! Mahalo!!!
