Hawaii Shark Encounters gives you the opportunity to experience the thrill of meeting sharks face to face in the pristine waters of Oahu. We take you three miles offshore, where you can observe Galapagos and Sandbar sharks in their natural environment from the safety of a floating cage. No scuba experience is necessary -- you enter the cage from above and stay on the surface using a mask and snorkel. Large polyglass windows let you peer into the open ocean and watch the sharks as they glide gracefully through the deep blue. ... read more

We had Captains David & Jess. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and comforting. This is a North Shore must!
Nice guys!! Very safe, knowledgeable, and know how to have fun!
Absolutely Amazing!! The crew was friendly and so knowledgeable. We saw 8-10 Galapagos. BEAUTIFUL!!! Will for sure be doing this again!!
We had a fabulous time. The staff were caring and supportive. The experience was unforgettable. Three miles out to see with sharks surrounding the boat as promised. We felt safe and in awe of the experience. One thing I could ask that the ticket office at the dock either sell decent coffee or none at all. All up though it was an outstanding day and I thank you.
This was a great experience. We were in the cage snorkeling for about 20 minuets. I had 2 cameras on me but only 1 worked. The captain did not film my group so I was not able to purchase the video. Saw 8-9 sharks of various sizes.
Soooooooo much fun ! I would recommend to everyone!!
