"We had the best experience. We were traveling from..." We had the best experience. We were traveling from Colorado when the warning lights came on. We googled, located the dealership, had the problem addressed, had the vehicle serviced, got a special deal where future oil changes at our local dealership up will be free (for a couple of times). We were back on the road in less than an hour and a half. We were treated respectfully and with kindness. We recommend Findlay to anyone needing automotive assistance!

"Had to wait 5 minutes for service advisor, but it was..." Had to wait 5 minutes for service advisor, but it was 12:00 noon lunch hour. Everything went smoothly after that, including complementary car wash. Service advisor contacted Lyft and we were able to eat lunch at Panera while car was being serviced. Lyft picked us up when we were done, and the car was ready. All in all a very good experience.
