"On a recent vacation, our 2020 Highlander Hybrid had a..." On a recent vacation, our 2020 Highlander Hybrid had a power failure near Las Vegas. The Findlay Toyota Service Department fit the car in their schedule, and we were back on the road the next day. Brendan Bush guided the repair process in expert fashion. He worked to have the problem diagnosed and the repair completed within the original estimated timeframe. The service was excellent.

I contacted many dealerships of the southwest region to no avail-Then I spoke to Robert and he found what I wanted which was on its way from Japan.We put down a deposit and within 1 day after it arrived at the dealership it was ready for us-Prepped, windows tinted and full tank of gas.GREAT experience. "We recently went back to Findlay Toyota because of a..." We recently went back to Findlay Toyota because of a promotion about getting a new car and lower payment on a vehicle. I had a lease on my Toyota. Tommy Sithavong is our salesman. Tommy is honest and upfront with business. I ended up getting a lower car payment with buying out the lease. I like Findlay and hope Tommy will be the when I am looking for another Toyota. Excellent service. Thank you Tommy.
