After an easy scheduling process, I was given an Uber drive home from the dealership for basic new car maintenance, a wash and oil change. The work was done faster than estimated and I was given an Uber drive back to the dealership. I accidentally left my cell phone in the rideshare car and my service rep Shaun was able to contact the driver quickly and was able to get my cell phone back within minutes. He saved the day!
Phill Crabtree got my RAV4 to the service crew quickly where it was serviced very skillfully and quickly. It was finished a half an hour earlier than expected. Phill reviewed the results in detail and gave me recommendations for the next visit. Phill was very courteous and professional.

Best Toyota dealership in town! James and Tai were extremely helpful and assisted me in buying my first car. My family is a long-time Toyota family so of course, I had to come here and purchase my first hybrid vehicle. I waited almost 6 months for my Camry to arrive and it was very worth it! Everyone is caring and kind and is happy to help and answer any questions you may have. The service center is clean and organized and they help right away. Chai is the best salesman a customer can ever ask for. From 2021 to 2023 he's helped me by keeping me updated when a Supra comes available. I was able to buy a 2022 Supra and then a year later traded it in for a 2023 Manual Supra. Amazing customer service, very friendly and always keeping me informed. Very clean and professional! They treat customers like people, not just a dollar sign. They have a very nice snack bar with coffee, water and hot chocolate.
