Bought my Highlander new three years ago and get every service done there. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned, and I’ve been driving 50 years! Service is very professional, staff courteous with great communication, and beautiful facility and location. When calling, a human answers! My car is well cared for, and I believe the cost is reasonable. I can’t even think of anything they need to improve on. Please keep up the great customer focused service. After an easy scheduling process, I was given an Uber drive home from the dealership for basic new car maintenance, a wash and oil change. The work was done faster than estimated and I was given an Uber drive back to the dealership. I accidentally left my cell phone in the rideshare car and my service rep Shaun was able to contact the driver quickly and was able to get my cell phone back within minutes. He saved the day!
