Tommy was amazing! !! He was very helpful and welcoming! He even helped me set up all the bells and whistles!!
I always go to Findlay Toyota in the auto mall in Henderson because they consistently deliver excellent service, whether it’s in sales, maintenance or repairs. I recommend this dealership and service center to all those I know. Kai is an amazing individual that again consistently takes good care and demonstrates interest in getting things done, timely, and efficiently.
Payam is amazing. In a time of need, he went above and beyond. Thank you, Payam.
They were quick to complete the work. They received me promptly, for my scheduled appointment. The work they performed seems to be good.
Everyone involved in our deal was very helpful. Especially Richard Runion! He made everything smooth, kept us informed when needed and helped us get our vehicle as quickly as possible. (We had to wait for a recall part).
From check in, to check out, everything went smoothly, including arranging rides to drop us off and pick us up.
Took care of my car battery right away before they closed shop and the technician was knowledgable and friendly
Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, customer-oriented, patient, friendly, outgoing, professional - i give up I don't have any more words
Good service overall. But was disappointed that there was no inspection report prepared this time like I have received and requested before. Maybe some computer glitch?
