Our experience was exceptional. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Tony was a star, starting with our first telephone cal through to the end. He was respectful of our time, and kept us informed throughout of costs and time frame. It is a busy dealership but they all worked together to meet everyone's needs and do it in a timely manner. Everyone I was in contact with at the dealership was great. Except for one sales person who rudely interrupted my conversation with Kevin from Findlay Customs regarding purchasing a suspension lift for my 2023 4Runner (which I purchased from Findlay Toyota). I understand that she was attempting to make a sale and please her customer, but I was in the middle of my conversation with Kevin, and because of her rudeness, Kevin lost my business.
