The reception process needs improving. When I arrived, it took a while to be acknowledged. I told them I had a 2.15 75k service appointment. They asked me who I was there to see! I had no idea who would handle My service, presumably the next available service coordinator. I then just stood and waited with no one tolling me what to expect.
