Great location and accommodations. cashier was very patient, polite and professional. Will service my vehicle there again.
Emilio is the best. There are other dealers closer than Findlay, but I will travel to Henderson just because the service Emilio provides. And the work is always well done.

Consistently friendly, professional, and courteous. We dropped our Hightlander a little early for our convenience and it was no problem. Service is always completed within the time they quote.

I have my car serviced at this location every 5000 miles. Yesterday I had the service on the car and I thought the service included checking my battery. Today I went to start my car and my battery was dead. AAA came to fix it and could not believe that it was checked during my service yesterday, as it would’ve been detected that my battery was bad, very disappointed in this service and not sure if I will be back
