Called to make an appointment the next day I got the first early morning appointment and I was out the door in 1 hr. Excellent service
The important point here isn't that they got it right but the fact they owned up and made it right. I purchased a Rav 4 last week and the dealer prep guys didn't do the window tinting. Not only was it taken care of everyone was attentive and proactive Very impressive
My second car from this dealership! My first was a Toyota Corolla Hatchback, but sadly at only 3 years old it got totaled by a red light runner. I came in the day after the accident just to look at my options, and the salesman asked the right questions to show me the car that fits me perfectly. I purchased my Landcruiser from this dealership back in 2003. It was brand new. Ever since then, I have always brought the vehicle here for service. The work they do is always top notch. I appreciate the folks at Findlay aloe. My car still runs like new and it is 20 years old about to turn 21 in November.
I have been going to this dealership for quite some time I I was met with Tim and we talked about the vehicle and all my concerns were discussed and recommend recommendations or made took a little while to get to work done must been a busy day I recommend them fully at this time
Yesterday, I bought my third new car over the years (well 14 years) from Findlay Toyota and once again it was a great experience. Our sales rep was Rich Runion who had previously been our service rep. He was great as always.
Been here for the first for my 2022 4Runner Oil change, staff were very nice, quick and very professional, especially Mr Gerard Benavente, a Service Advisor, he’ s the one who took care of me, he explain everything in detail, they had an itemized report on my vehicle on what has to done and what are still okay, unlike others, they gonna scam you, I highly recommend Findlay Toyota Henderson, I’ll keep coming here for my future maintainance…not a long wait, unlike others, will take you few hours to be done.
