Brandon my service advisor was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On the other hand Remington who lied to me pretending to be a service advisor and was trying to sell me a new vehicle and had other sales people call and text me multiple times after my service visit. You can contact me and I will show you the messages and voicemails I have. It may make consider another dealer for service on how I was treated by him.
They didn't lose my car this time so that was cool and it was less than an hour visit

Jamie was friendly and respectful with my questions that I had. My complaint I have is the driver side floor had the staff shoe prints, black smudges on the door, door handle, steering wheel and the front hood. This is the second time that I had to walk out to my 4Runner at the front entrance of the service sign. When I check out from the counter I get told to wait by the door and someone will bring the car to you. Well it hasn’t happened yet.
Your Dealership has very friendly staff that are very attentive to customers who arrive at the service area and your staff are very knowledgeable on what I need to have taken cared of for my vehicle .. Phil Crabtree is the person that always assists me when I bring my Tacoma in for service. His knowledge of my needs helps when I need to have things done.
