The dealership needs a comfortable place to wait. The obnoxiously loud surroundings and uncomfortable furniture make it unbearable to sit inside. I chose to sit in the cold on. Hard bench so I didn’t get a headache. Staff was irritated by the noise and passed that resentment on the the guests. Fix your problem

Well, on above and beyond did an excellent job accommodated my schedule and insured everything was checked on the vehicle and my wait time was about an hour thanks
I believe that Service has declined slightly since my first few visits several years ago.
