My experiences at Findlay and with my service representative Emelio Sepulveda have only been first rate.
Eric was a pleasure to deal with. Eric kept me informed on my service request and followed up. Everything was was completed in the time frame he mentioned when I signed in.
it was so easy to trade in my car, especially with the help of tommy win. i don’t know much about cars/buying/leasing and he helped me get what i needed and explained everything to me in words i know! i would definitely return, even though i have moved, just to have the kind of help i already received!
Support staff made the repair process easy. I had to leave vehicle overnight for a few days which helped me plan my days without the car possible.

Satisfactory Service. I felt like a number. I felt more like I was just hearded through the process for service A. I suppose it's what's to be expected from a high volume service center. It kind of loses a personal touch, even though they are professional and efficient. Oh, and lastly, they have a $6.00 "shop fee" that you are not informed about until at the end when you go to the cashier. No one was able to explain what it was for.
