"Great staff" Such a great experience. They made it so easy for us and were very accommodating and inviting. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left they answered any and all questions we had and were professional and not pushy about it. Gordon was great!
"Horrible Experience(s)" Leased a new 2013 Jetta Hybrid 3 years ago (that horrible experiance is a story for a different day). In Jan of 2016 after being constantly contacted to come in speak to a salesman, decided to go in. I had no interest in getting something different or new as i happen to like my car. "Awesome experirnce" Had a great experience at Findlay North! Cole was great with explaining everything to us and he was very knowledgable! He was instrumental in picking the right Passat for us. Gary was awesome and I really respect the fact that you guys offered a Veteran discount as well! Karl was equally great in explaining everything to us and all staff were amazing! The best car buying experience we have ever had.

"Scam artist" I was told im getting a 1000 rebate card in 8 to 10 weeks on my gti ,3months later im here waiting for it,found out im not getting it cuz i filled the rabate paper but never check the box to get the card instead they did for me but the wrong box denying the card and using the money supposedly towards the value of car which i never was told that .i think thats fraud when someone checks some box you did not do.

"Super friendly and great hospitality" My first time walking into the north Volkswagen lot I ran into a car salesman that didn't want to just sale me a car,but cared about my needs and wants as a first time car buyer.

"Great customer service" I don't think my experience would have been as good had it not been for the car salesman that helped me (John Sheehan) he did everything possible to help me with the deal on the car I purchased and I learned a lot about interest rates and about the car I was purchasing like all the features the offered
