"CROOKS! CROOKED MECHANICAL SERVICE! I brought my vw in..." CROOKS! CROOKED MECHANICAL SERVICE! I brought my vw in for a problem, they diagnosed it as a timing issue, charged me about $1,000. They did NOT change valve cover gasket either, charged me parts / labor almost $100. The cars been there over and over, and they do nothing to fix the problem. "I needed to bring my GTI in for it's 30,000 mile check up..." I needed to bring my GTI in for it's 30,000 mile check up with oil change. Amber was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment over the phone. On my appointment day, Amber was there to check me in and the crew took my vehicle immediately and began working on it. It didn't even take an hour and I was done and hitting the road. Amber and everyone at the 7500 Azure Drive location gave fantastic service as always. I will keep going back!
