Well they got grease and some unknown black gunk on the floor board of the door of my wife’s brand new car. This stuff is dam near impossible to clean up. Plus they take for ever for warranty work if they ever actually fix it!

I took my Jetta in to get the A/C fixed. While they were putting the dash back in they broke it. A new part was ordered but no time line when it will arrive. Now I have a broken dash board. Went in with an unbroken dash and drove out with a broken one. Pathetic!!!!
Every time I go her for service I go through Kyle he’s always so helpful and on top of it. Greatful for his perfessional attitude and service he provides for my car.
I have been a customer since 2020 and I have been pleased with the work but recently I took my car to them because a couple dash lights came on they kept my car for 9 days to fix problem called me to pick my car up drove about a mile and the same dash lights came on so I took it back with a full tank of gas and they called me the next day to pick up my car I had a extra 100 miles on my car and my tank had 3/4 tank of gas i was not happy about that so I will not return
