Excellent service. Richard did a great job. Easy to schedule and convenient times. Service was done in a timely manner.
A+ service. I purchased a Golf GTI from this dealership and their service department has provided excellent service and care for my vehicle over several years.
Findlay Volkswagen service technicians are knowledgeable in their field. David was very friendly and helpful to work with and kept me informed on all that was transpiring with my vehicle. When I went to the front to pay, I was greeted and helped by a very friendly woman who made the experience relaxed and comfortable.
My car was at the dealer 10 days. On day 4 I was told what the issues that needed to be fixed and a price. Then 4 days later I was told $500 more and a separate and different issue was found. On day 9 when I went to pick up my car the issue was not resolved and was not inspected by the service rep at the time of pick up. On day 10 it was finally fixed and picked up. Not a great experience at all.

I’ve bought 2 vehicles from here and had a good experience both times. The other day I had to take my car in for a driver visor replacement. Ben in the service dept was my service writer and he was polite, efficient and just a very helpful and friendly person. He kept me informed of my car’s progress and I appreciated that. Thank you Ben and Findlay VW North for great service and the best accommodations!
