I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Findlay Mazda, and I feel compelled to share my story. I purchased a Tesla from them, only to discover it had a “Tesla Salvage” title. The dealership claimed they had no idea that after a Tesla is in an accident, it needs to be inspected by Tesla. I could almost look past that, but what I can’t overlook is the horrendous customer service. Went it for service (also tire rotation). Took the car back and started driving and the tire pressure sensor message came up. Tried to call them to ask what service they performed on the tires, if they put air or deflated them, or simply didn't reset the system, but I was unable to get the proper person on the phone; Drove back to the dealership but only the sales department was there and no one was able to talk to anyone not even on the phone in the service department , so I had to drive back not knowing if I had a problem ... read more
We recently had a horrible experience which started with a simple oil change. The first that went wrong was my appointment was booked for the wrong day, I asked for a Friday and it was booked for a Thursday. I can say that they accommodated us and said they would be able to see us anyways. I had also asked the receptionist who made our appointment if she could check to see how many complimentary oil changes we received when we first purchased the vehicle, she didn't check but said that it was normally 2. My impression of the dealership was ok, the person I worked with from the finance department is someone I would not work with again. He was condescending and aggressive and it was overall an unpleasant experience. That being said, my salesman Darrell Hetke, was awesome.
