"We had been looking at the Miata for a while now and..." We had been looking at the Miata for a while now and decided to test drive one. After our test drive Paul who was our salesman was fantastic! He gave us the VIP treatment and we felt it was time to put a shiny new car in our garage. Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone at Findlay Mazda from start to finish made you feel very welcome and taken care of. I recommend this dealer for all your car needs!

After our purchase, we had problems with Homelink and he made sure that the right people at the dealership were helping us to resolve the problem. We recommend Findlay Mazda and Darrell if you are looking for a car.

I chose the vehicle and options that I wanted and he didn't try to pressure me into a higher priced car. I was offered a decent price for my trade-in, not the greatest, but it saved me the hassle of selling the car myself, so I took the offer. The finance manager didn't try any high pressure tactics. I was looking for a used Mazda CX-5 and had a very bad experience (deceptive marketing, wrong VIN # on out the door quote, etc) at the Mazda dealer on W Sahara so tried Findlay Mazda. What a difference! Sam A helped me out answering my questions, looking at cars and test driving. They had some on the lot w the options and miles I liked at a fair price, but my wife chose a different car. I found the experience rather frustrating. My situation was a bit unusual but clearly not uncommon. As an out of state license holder, I am required to register my car in person with the Nevada DMV. The earliest appointment that I could get was two months out. The temporary driver sticker is only good for one month, so I was in a bind. Only when I told them that I wanted out of the deal did they offer a solution. 2014 Mazda2 Sport Poor communication. Engine was disgusting, they didn’t bother to pressure wash it. They even forgot to place the 30 day tag on the car and I didn’t notice until I got home. It was as if this the first car they ever sold or they are just incompetent.
