I found the experience rather frustrating. My situation was a bit unusual but clearly not uncommon. As an out of state license holder, I am required to register my car in person with the Nevada DMV. The earliest appointment that I could get was two months out. The temporary driver sticker is only good for one month, so I was in a bind. Only when I told them that I wanted out of the deal did they offer a solution. 2014 Mazda2 Sport Poor communication. Engine was disgusting, they didn’t bother to pressure wash it. They even forgot to place the 30 day tag on the car and I didn’t notice until I got home. It was as if this the first car they ever sold or they are just incompetent.
Our experience with Findlay Mazda has been nothing but a headache from day one of purchase. The vehicle did not come with a manual or a second key fob. When we finally received the second key fob it did not have a back on it?? So they put a used one on that was so scratched. Finance department- they did not pay my trade in off within the 10 day buy out period, which added on interest and short paid my trade in loan. My vehicle sustained left rear tire damage due to road hazard. This tire was covered under my warranty. Due to the age of the tires, I purchased the other three to have four new tires. I had the vehicle towed to Findlay Mazda Friday afternoon. I was told it would be ready for pick up Saturday afternoon. Saturday afternoon I received a phone call from Seth Bybee, my service advisor, that the tires were in Las Vegas but could not be delivered due to delivery truck mechanical issues.
