We made the dreadful mistake of making Findlay Honda in Henderson, our first stop. On Saturday, June 5th 2021, we decided to go car shopping with our daughter. She had a few cars that she was interested in, and Honda happened to be one of them. From the beginning, service was a bit pushy. "On August 18, 2020 I arrived at the service reception..." On August 18, 2020 I arrived at the service reception area for my 9:00 am appointment, which I had made over a week ago. Mind you, up to this point, I had received no less than 3 email reminders and a phone call from somebody named Gavin to confirm my appointment. "Was told that if I did a lease to own and after the lease..." Was told that if I did a lease to own and after the lease is done, I would own vehicle and only have 3 years to pay it off but yet they screwed me over.
"Brakes on car was not working. " Advisor wanted to drive my car home. He finally had someone look at it and it needed a software update. My brakes felled me which was scary. The car when going up a hill it stops. My advisor put something on bottom of paper that I did not see until after I signed that I have refused all maintenance on my car which is not at all true. "HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! BY TUAN DANG" I BOUGHT THE HONDA ODYSSEY 2018 BRAND NEW IN SEPTEMBER OF 2017. AT 6,000 MILES I TOOK A TRIP TO CALIFORNIA AND WHEN I CAME BACK I HAD TO SERVICE THE BRAKE SYSTEM. "worst service" i inquired on getting a brand new crv and the agent is very unhelpful. gave me a hard on time on wvwrything so i decided to transfer to autonation and the deal was done in less than 30mins
"Service problems" Two service trips to fix a problem they said didn't exist. Vibration while stopped at light. Contacted Honda corporation to get bulitine for known problem. Why do I have to research for corrective measures on a brand new vehicle. Treat women like they are ignorant. Surveys to respond to how service is was is a non working email. Can't get bad review if people can't respond. They have lost my business.

"This place sucks" The dealership blatantly lied to me. We had agreed on a deal and trade yesterday only to go back and have them come in $3K less then what they said yesterday on the trade. I also told the salesperson it was a 15K mile lease only to have that message not conveyed properly. They quoted me on a 12K lease and were completely inflexible even thought it was their miscommunication. I have bought several cars there before and was treated good by different people. No more, This was a really bad experience. 0 stars
