I was warmly received as I popped in for an oil change. It was completed in a timely manner & splarkly clean. The employees were all very nice & professional, especially Anthony. There was a kind cleaning lady who helped me clean a stain from my shirt- above & beyond expectations.
Brought my Ridgeline in to have repairs made from an attempted break in. Contact was Ramsi. After evaluation, you were unable to do the repairs, but I was contacted the same day with an explanation snd recommendation for an alternate shop. You delivered my vehicle to that shop. Excellent communication, candor and customer service by your rep! I believe hr engineered the best outcome possible, given the circumstances. Thank you!
The service is great just waited about 30 mins even Anthony is awesome easy to talk

This was my first car-buying experience with Findlay Honda Henderson. Overall, I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the overall experience was fine (the car-buying experience in general is never fun). They did their best to make it go as smoothly as possible and while it did take a while, I was pleased with the vehicle I purchased and the price I paid. Judith assisted us on our Ridgeline truck recall. She was very pleasant and as she promised got our truck in a timely manner. Didn’t wait that long.
Willie did an amazing job helping me. He was being honest on how long it’s gonna take so he ordered Lyft for me. I am very pleased with my Honda Pilot. So far I don’t have any negative to say.
