First visit for oil change on new CR-V. Had appointment. Courteous and fast service. Service Advisor Antonio Cancilla explained everything in detail.
Christian went to any lengths for me to be a satisfied customer. I had alot of questions, dealership was busy, but I still received that personalized attention that is still around!! Definetly returning to this location!
Great Service as always when in this Findlay Honda dealership. Kasey was very helpful, and has one of the best customer service attitudes. Thank you for everything. Happy to be a returning customer here
Our service technician, Judy was very helpful & extremely detailed in the inspection of our brand new CR-V. The car came from the manufacturer with an overspray on the windshield. In addition she found some other area that needed attention. Couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail & care they gave my vehicle.
Marcus went above and beyond to make me feel good about buying a Honda from him. I trust him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Great people and excellent service, I would recommend them as they take care of you like no other dealer can.
Kristian always takes very good care of my CRV! Called him at the last minute and he made room for me. Highly recommend.
The service was quick, the service people were friendly and helpful, and it was a good experience.
Service was great and on time for the work that was done. Great job everyone.
