My favorite car and dealership. Honda is very quick to make things right. My last experience for maintenance involved someone accidentally leaving some small stains on the front seats and Honda removed them without question. I highly recommend them, bought and leased 4 cars from them and plan to buy my next car from them. Honda staff and workers are always friendly and accommodating.
I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and was happy that they washed my car too! I was in and out within an hour. Antonio checked me in and out and was such a great help. Professional and pleasant throughout the process. I will definitely return again!
We were greeted by Willie Allen as soon as we drove up. We told him why we were there he said no problem I will have you taken care of in a hour or less. He directed us inside to waiting room for coffee and water. In a little under an hour he was calling us to review what was done. Pleasant, professional, courteous and he even gave us a coupon which took a few dollars off which was very much appreciated !!! Couldn’t ask for better service

I use the Express Service for an oil change on March 8, 2022. Kristian Trujillo, service advisor greeted me (very friendly and professional) and asked a few details. He then gave me a estimated time bof completion and informed me that there's complimentary water and coffee in the waiting lounge. Even though I was only doing an oil change, he still gave excellent customer service. It's good to know that some companies still know how to treat people...instead of just a number/profit.

I have always had very good experiences at this dealership (I have only had my vehicles serviced there). I had a flat tire last week and brought it in to be repaired. They failed to rebalance the tire after it was patched so I now need to take it to a tire shop.
