I have taken my car to Findlay Honda since I purchased it in 2016. The are always friendly, timely and keep me updated on needs of my vehicle with cost. I appreciate their great service!
I have owned my Honda Ridgeline for 3 years now. Since purchasing it at Findlay Honda Henderson, Kasey Trujillo has been an absolute Rockstar as the Service Manager for them.
A Great surprise, met at the service pull up, told the porter I was there to see Judy in Service he Walked me to her. Judy is phenomenal knows her job, very thorough listens to what the problem is, doesn't interrupt you and gets things done. Actually found a coupon to save me 10% on my 1600.00 bill. Very clean dealership Staff very pleasant, when I went to pay my bill Judy went over what was done, no other issues and things that need to be done by the end of the year. The visit was short, even if I didn't have an appointment. The Honda's representative was very courteous and precise in his approximation regarding the necessary time for fixing the problems. I think his name is Antoine. Thank you, Antoine.
I've had a lot of expensive work done here over the past few years and the repairs have been good The current price of an oil change however is pretty costly at $60
