Always a good experience Tim was excellent and car was washed and spotlessly clean! Thanks!
Always get great service, Antonio made sure my car maintenance was up to date and provided info on what needed to be done to keep me safe.
I just had my 2016 HRV in for 60K service and 4 new tires. Judy Tweedy, my service consultant, was on top of everything and kept me well informed. When I drove home it seemed like the car was brand new! Well done!
Service rep Fernando was friendly and very helpful, including ordering an Uber for me to go home and one to bring me back. I am always very happy with the service.
Courtney (sales) and Eric (financing) made our first Honda vehicle experience awesome! They helped us get what we wanted and guided us all the way through the process.
Antonio listened, took to my request, addressing additional words of concern with a very knowledgeable explanation why. In other words, see this man for your service at Honda Henderson!!
Always Exceptional! I appreciate the Honda service team, they are always friendly, kind, personable and not trying to upsell me on any services that I don’t need. They identify the problems with my car, if any, and explain to me exactly what is happening and needs to be done. I also appreciate that they educate me about preventative maintenance for future visits to extend the life of my car. Great job team! I tell everyone I know that I love my Honda and also my Honda Service Team! Thank you!!!
Great service with on time delivery. Explained clearly what work will be done and how much it will cost
Findlay Honda staff was very helpful and fast with service. Very friendly gave me a great deal
