Taylor gave excellent service! !! He was friendly and informative!!! I appreciate the fast and great service!!! Thank you Taylor!!!
Quick and professional service delivered. Jeremy kept me advised of progress and had the job done on time.
I took my 2019 Odyssey to be serviced and Antonio C. was understanding of my situation. He explained what needed to be done in a way that I understood and let me know about upcoming repairs. He stated that they were backed up and the repairs could take up to 2 hours. I was surprised when he contacted me to let me know that my car was ready less than 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Very nice young man. Thank you Antonio.
Marissa Uradomo is fantastic. She was very detailed while reviewing and explaining the features of my vehicle. She made me feel at ease and always inquired if I had any other questions or if I wanted to circle back on areas she covered for my benefit. Very personable, no pressure. She is the benchmark of what sales should be. Thanks, Marissa!
Excellent service on my CRV. Turner was great and really went above and beyond to help me! I highly recommend Findlay Honda!
Very good customer service and support. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work always.
Excellent communication from service personnel on recent oil changes and services for 2022 Honda Odyssey.
Very nice people working in express service Willing to do their best to make customer happy I nominate Dominyc Zapata as a very good employee that go beyond his duty to satisfy the customer
Always a good service experience at Findlay Honda Henderson. Turner did a nice job of shepparding an A/C diagnosis and repair through the shop. My Honda Odyssey is cool in the Nevada summer climate.
