Fernando the advisor made my service appointment easier. I had no issues this time, in comparison to my other visits. I just hope that they work on their communication way better as I constantly have to repeat myself over and over again. If it weren’t for Fernando double checking, I probably would have wasted my time scheduling an appointment. I wish their labor fees isn’t too much though.
Aiden was my service tech and he was wonderful. Kept me updated on the progress of my service. Always have a good experience at Findlay Honda in Henderson. Hats off to Aiden.
My entire experience here was pleasant. I’ve gone to two other Honda dealerships in vegas and did not have a great experience so I decided to try a new (to me) location. I’m so glad I did. From the pleasant person who I spoke to on the phone to book an appt, to Gavin who helped provide excellent service from when I arrived to when I departed, as well as the clean and comfortable facilities to wait in… I couldn’t be happier. Jeremy was very kind and professional. He expressed his concern about giving excellent customer serice. Although the cost of the repair hurts my pocket, the overall experience was peaceful.
I went in for service on the ignition button for my 2017 hrv. Antoine went above and beyond by finding out that the button was under a recall issued by Honda. The part, fix and labor were all covered by the recall, saving me around $800! Thank you Findlay Honda and Antoine!
Super professional and easy in and out for service! They’re the absolute best in Nevada!
I took my car for an oil change service and I was offered to do the recall seat belt right away , that was nice otherwise I would need to make an appointment, it did save me another trip.
