I went in on a Service Appt on 6-30-23, at 1:00pm. My Service Advisor was Judy Sweety. I had recently purchased a 2022 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid back in December 2022! This was my vehicle first Service appt, Judy was on time for my appointment, inquired about any problems I was having with the vehicle, acquired the necessary documents( Honda Care, Extended Warranty program membership cards, keys, etc), Judy reviewed with me what was going to happen( estimate about repairs), and ushered me into the department waiting area! I had a super experience with Jeremy Santos. He assisted me right away and we had a discussion about what I wanted done to my car. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. From start to finish I couldn’t be happier with the service. Which is why I own a Honda. Besides, it is a beautiful car!

I brought my car in because the audio system wasn't booting up. Turned out to be a simple reset, although it wasn't clear why the system said it lost power. They road tested the car over 2 days to see if it would lose power again. It didn't and seems to be working fine. I was treated kindly, fairly and with respect. We are new to the area and I can't believe how customer friendly they are compared to east coast car dealers. Findlay was absolutely amazing. I normally do not like dealerships, in fact I hate them, but Findlay was very caring, thoughtful, and very easy to deal with. I live in Reno, a young adult, and a first car buyer, so I was intimidated from the start.
