Courtney sat with us for 9 hours finding the PERFECT car for me. She explained in full detail of all the features of the different vehicles that we looked at. She went above and beyond to ensure I left the dealership happy. Ramzi explained my service warranty package to me and made sure I had the contacts of anyone I needed to ensure when I come back for servicing, I will be taken care of. Jason who did my financing was very welcoming and handled everything like a pro. Thank you Findlay Honda and the team for all that you do... read more
We would definitely do business with Findlay Honda - Henderson again. They worked with us with our trade-in and new vehicle purchase. Every individual we spoke with was friendly, attentive and professional. They truly make you feel like you are part of the Findlay family....and it's a large family from the number of customers in the showroom. We want to thank Gage for showing us around and answering our questions. He was personable and helped us find the right vehicle for our needs.
scheduled a B Maintenance on-line which was very easy to do. Jeremy Santos assisted me when I arrived. He quickly checked me in and said it would be about 2 hours or less. Service was completed in 1 1/2 hours . Jeremy reviewed the work completed and I was on my way. Excellent service as always.
Wonderful, fast friendly service. They always go above and beyond. Can’t thank service enough for the Uber drop off. Very convenient. Why would you go anywhere else?
Dealership staff, from those that answer the phone to sales and service staff are attentive to our concerns and never try to oversell or pressure us.
Antonio was very courteous and let me know about a recall on my vehicle and the wait time involved with checking it. I came in for an oil change and rotation and expected to be out fast. I didn’t expect to be there for so long but expectations were meet right at arrival and I am extremely happy about the service
John Dominguez has assisted me with my 3rd Civic. Always gives me comfort to have the same awesome guy to help me. Thank you John. You are awesome!
Did a great job with my 60,000 mile service. Skylar even helped me with a loaner car when they could not get all the parts on the same day.
Purchased a Honda Cr-V Sport L Hybrid Excellent customer service and a great price I will recommend this dealership and Chuck Shu
