Made an appointment with my service writer, last week, for Tuesday, 28 November. Arrived at appointed time and my service writer, Tim Villani, came to meet me and go over my service needs. Tim came to me mid way through repair with update of 30 more minutes to completion. 30 minutes later came and got me in the waiting area. Service perform correctly and I was on my way.
Very customer service oriented. Very easy to get an appointment and treated very well during entire process.
Service was great! Jeremiah was very helpful throughout my visit. I was in and out of the dealership without any concern.
Courtney sat with us for 9 hours finding the PERFECT car for me. She explained in full detail of all the features of the different vehicles that we looked at. She went above and beyond to ensure I left the dealership happy. Ramzi explained my service warranty package to me and made sure I had the contacts of anyone I needed to ensure when I come back for servicing, I will be taken care of. scheduled a B Maintenance on-line which was very easy to do. Jeremy Santos assisted me when I arrived. He quickly checked me in and said it would be about 2 hours or less. Service was completed in 1 1/2 hours . Jeremy reviewed the work completed and I was on my way. Excellent service as always.

Dealership staff, from those that answer the phone to sales and service staff are attentive to our concerns and never try to oversell or pressure us.
Antonio was very courteous and let me know about a recall on my vehicle and the wait time involved with checking it. I came in for an oil change and rotation and expected to be out fast. I didn’t expect to be there for so long but expectations were meet right at arrival and I am extremely happy about the service
