2 times I’ve been to this dealer for an oil change and they didn’t install my skid plate correctly causing it to come off while driving and damage the plate. Thankfully they reached out for a survey and I decided to say something. They asked me to come in and they replaced it for me. Should I have to ask them to do the job correctly? I’ll let you decide :)
