Don't EVER use the chat feature that pops up on just about every page you surf too. I started a chat with a service advisor and all he could do is refer me to a phone number to call. Seemed totally uninterested in my question/s. Horrible customer service. I'm taking my business elsewhere!!!

Worst and Most Expensive Service I took my car in for some electrical work, and it sat on the lot for 5 days. I called to get service updates and not the other way around. I was told Saturday evening that someone more knowledgable would look at it Monday even though it was there since Thursday the week before. I agree w/ the other review I bought a Cavalier from the company - - after leaving with the new car, I had to COME BACK 4-times because they had processed the paperwork incorrectly, didn't have me sign the correct forms, rewrote the original deal with new terms, etc. I actually ended up putting more money down then they required, and they still screwed up the math on the contract.
