Jay did a great job of keeping me informed. My only complaint is not with him. When my car was pulled out for me to pick up, the fuel tank was very nearly empty. For the price I paid for the repairs, the service techs could have at least returned it with a full tank. I didn't drop the car off on an empty tank ...not even close. Fortunately I was able to make it to the nearby Costco. On a positive note, Jay did a great job with getting me a loaner car. It was a beautiful ride!
Dropped 24 tlx off it was a making squeaking noise. Could not pick up that day picked it up all repaired. Only oops was hard to get keys as I think Todd was at lunch finally left other than dots from wash caked in car rides great
