Have taken my 2006 MDX into Findlay Acura twice to be serviced and both times have been a positive experience. Ramzi handled me both times and provided excellent customer service. If I didn't receive great customer service, I would not drive 2.5 hours to have my car serviced.

I received the same excellent service from Travis Aguilar & the finance department when purchasing my Acura at this dealership. Travis was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy.
