I ordered an AC compressor for my WRX. During shipping UPS accidentally delivered the part to the wrong address. I called up customer service and they immediately used me a new one. The part came and that was that. Great customer service and compressor has been running as advertised.
I was quoted $1,500 and higher to get my car's AC fixed. I found a shop who would charge me labor of $400 and I could bring in my own part, no warranty from the shop though. I got the compressor at Discount AC Parts for $250 and the AC has been nice and cold every since. I saved $850 !!!! This is the place to go for great AC parts. They even sent me the right compressor the first time, which has been a problem with other car parts sites and stores.
