"Quick and easy" Made an appt to fix a burned out tail light. Arrived a few minutes early. Our service advisor, Fredy Campos, greeted us, did a bit of paperwork, unscrewed the bad light and told us to take it inside and purchase a new one which we did in about 30 seconds. We took the new light to Fredy and he put it back in and we left. We were there for less than 10 minutes and spent $4.95.

"Best Customer Service I've Experienced at a Dealership!" I called to make an appointment to have my battery replaced as it was still under warranty from the dealership and kept dying on me (jump starting your battery twice in one day is not fun!). They gave me the first available opening the following day, but I didn't want to risk having to tow if it died again. So, I asked them if I could bring the car in now and leave it overnight. "Amazing Customer Service With Marcin" This was my husband and I's first experience with buying a brand new car. "Excellent Service- Excellent Sales Staff" Fredy Campos is great! He has excellent customer service skills, is friendly and very accommodating to customer needs. 5 stars!!! Katrina in sales also gets 5 stars! They are both amazing.

"Snacks, Dogs, Friends" AJ was fantastic. He was very patient, honest and helpful. He was obviously selling a car but I think you walk into a car dealership anticipating that. He creates friendships instead of just sells strangers cars. The rest of the team was very polite and offered us snacks and water (Thanks Diego!) and even let my friend bring her dog inside when I picked up my car. "Service department is amazing!" I bought my new Mazda here 2 years ago. I wrote a review of my sales experience at the time, which was great. "Fixed transmission and even replaced a recalled part" Brought my car in to have the transmission fixed, they also replaced a recalled dash. I’ve been calling my local Cerritos Mazda dealership for almost a year and the part is “never in” and they’ll call me when they get a new shipment, but the San Juan Capistrano location replaced it no problem.
