"They are such a good dealer." Everyone works here is so kind, friendly and helpful. I bet they going help you and you’ll be satisfied with it. I bought used car which is my first car, so I didn’t know lots of things. But the guy named Rick helped me alot to make a decision though I’m the first customer for him.

"Great sales people but make sure you read your contract " We went to Capo Mazda for a new Mazda since our lease expired. The salesperson Diego was really helpful but there were certain things I did not appreciate about this dealership that I think should be said. After everything was done we got home and noticed that the finance manager wrote our contract to 76 months instead of 72 months so they could get money from a warranty that we originally declined. "2017 Mazda MX-5 RF Purchase" Just and excellent Mazda dealer made all the better by truly outstanding employees. "Amazing experience" I have a 2012 Mazda 3 & went to get a smog, when the check engine light popped on. I took it to "my local mechanic" and they told me they needed to replace the entire instrument panel! $1,200!!! YIKES. Nothing was wrong with my car, it was just giving errors from the electrical system to the engine & would not pass smog because of this. I decided to pick up the car & take it to the Mazda dealer. "Pleasant Buying Experience " I walked in to this Mazda dealership and I was greeted by a friendly sales associate Jerry Aydemir who showed me the car I had in mind to buy. I wasn’t sure if the CX5 would fit all my specific needs. But Jerry was patient to show the cx5 pre-owned inventories and explain the different choices in trims as well as its features. "The service department with Fredy Campos is excellent" I am very pleased with Capistrano Mazda. From the time I purchased the car and in the 2 1/2 yrs of service they have provided excellent service. I trust the Service Advisor, Fredy Campos. "Amazing Staff and Service!! " My husband and I had the best experience working with Marcin and the rest of the staff at Capo Mazda! "Fredy is the man!" This review is way over due, but Fredy was awesome! I came in about a month ago to replace my keys and for an issue with my brakes. Fredy was so kind and helpful, seriously the best customer service rep ever! He was professional, diligent about giving me status updates and went above and beyond to make sure my car was returned safe to drive. Fredy is a genuinely good guy who showed a sincere interest in my satisfaction as a customer and my safety as a driver.

"Above and Beyond Amazing Customer Service" I love Capistrano Mazda. They are always happy to accommodate us, super friendly, efficient and provide timely and amazing service. Today's visit was just above and beyond. Why? Because of Fredy. I had to bring my son with me and I was dreading the wait time with a squirrelly 10 year old.
