"Austin was very helpful in instructing me on how to return the wrong part. Austin will e-mail me a shipping label then help me with ordering the correct part. The only down side is if I'm returning a part that is still new and ordering the correct part, that in this case cost $50 more, I should not have to pay a 15% restocking fee. Even so Austin was very professional and the web site was very easy to use."
