I have to say how awesome it was to deal with a Customer Service Rep that was genuinely pleasant and very very very willing to help me out as much as she could. I ordered the wrong kit and in normally would cost a lot to ship this very heavy kit back, but she was able to cover my return costs which helps a LOT!
