"In January of this year I ordered a refurbished Rack & Pinion for my Dodge Pick up. I live in Colorado and in January we had about 8" of snow on the ground! My wife and I were planning to travel south to our home in Mexico and I intended to install the part while at my home in sunny and warm Mexico!
