"Now these guys know how to treat a customer... I purchased a set (6) of ignition coils for a 2004 Toyota Sienna van and had them shipped overnight. Unfortunately, my customer backed out on me after the order was received, so I needed to return them. I emailed their customer support, who responded within 30 minutes and directed me to call in. I was VERY pleasantly surprised to speak to Cody who was prompt, courteous, and could not have been more helpful in getting me the information I needed to be able to return the parts. T... read more

"great customer service! They honor warranty with no hassle. Will defitnitaly order from them again in the future! "
"Customer service was amazing, they were quick and helped me to understand what I was looking for. They also gave me a small discount very friendly. I will shop here again and I will also refer them to others. Cole is the person that I spoke with. Very Friendly. "

"I have purchased a few A/C Compressor Replacement Kits from Discount AC Parts (Buy Auto Parts). The service has been great, the people are nice. I recently had to return one of the Kits and Seth was very helpful. I will always continue to buy from a company that operates like this one does. Thanks Seth - Dan R Klatt"
"After some AC trouble with my 2004 sebring, I did some research to figure out what the problem was and discovered I needed a new AC kit. I did some pricing research online and decided to place my order with Buy Auto Parts. Well a few days went by and before I was able to get the parts in the mail, my car finally quit. I ended up towing my car down the street and having Ken Towery fix the issue for me at this point. To my disappointment I discovered the the parts I had bought online from Buy Auto Parts were $200 cheaper than... read more
